Juicing to Lose Weight Fast RecipeIf you are wanting to get started losing weight with juicing you will want a juicing to lose weight fast recipe. There are many out there to choose from and they don’t have to taste bad either.

In fact a lot of juicing recipes are actually really great which is a good thing so you will want to continue with the juice fasting program.

First of all, you will want to pick some recipes to try and then decide which are the ones that you will continue drinking.

When I started juicing I tried all sorts of different juicing combinations but ended up settling on just four. Here are the four that I like the best. I hope you will too:

The Green Machine: you will need 6 kale leaves, 2 cups of spinach, ½ cucumber, 4 stalks of celery, 2 apples and a small piece of ginger. This is my favorite!

Carrot Apple Lemon: just add 4 carrots, 2 apples, and 1 lemon to your juicer. I great one to start the day.

Sporty Spice: Add 2 beets, 1 carrot, 3 stalks celery, ½ lemon (peeled), 1 orange (peeled), and a handful of basil leaves to your juicer.

Orange Juice: take 3 medium or 2 large oranges, peel and run through the juicer. Yummy fresh, homemade orange juice! Or try using grapefruit instead.
