Start Juicing with the Breville BJS600XL Fountain Crush Masticating Slow Juicer which will make make juicing and cleanup easy. With features like a safe start system that requires all parts to be locked in before the juicer starts, reverse direction control, and an overload protection system that automatically stops the machine from operating when the load is too high, the Juice Fountain Crush makes operation safe and easy.

Even though it’s powerful, the Juice Fountain Crush’s 240 watt motor runs quietly so your morning glass of juice won’t wake the rest of the household. This juicer is a great way to start juicing on a daily basis.

Centrifugal juicers get the job done quickly, but what if you want your juice smooth with some pulp? That’s where masticating juicers come in. Also known as slow juicers or single auger juicers, they crush and squeeze rather than shredding. That means that it maximizes the amount of nutrients extracted and more of the fiber stays in, making for a delicious glass of thick, smooth juice.

Breville Slow Juicer Features

  • Masticating juicer extracts maximum juice yield from soft fruits and vegetables
  • Ultra quiet 240-watt motor
  • Direction control ensures fruit or vegetables can be dislodged from juicing screw
  • Filter basket with auto purifying for maximum yield and easy cleaning between juicing

This is most definately a great juicer! You may be skeptical of buying a juicer because you figured you wouldn’t use it due to the pain of cleaning it. However this type of juicer is easy to clean comparted to most centrifuge juicers. It is especially important to clean it right after juicing. You can do a quick rinse of the parts and leave them to dry on the counter.

The Breville Slow Juicer can handle any personal juicing need. The only piece of advice I have is to not over stuff the juicer with produce. Over stuffing could make it jam and if it does you may not be able to get it to work again without having to clean the whole thing out.

This of course is a waste of time so remember it is a slow juicer.  I also recommend that you cut up the fruits and vegetables to smaller pieces which again will make it easy to use and you won’t suffer any jams.

Although not as convenient as making a smoothie in a blender because of the assembly and cleanup, but you can’t beat a good carrot apple juice combination that you will get from this juicer.

Using a masticating juicer may not be as convenient as a more traditional juicer with the rapid spinning mesh basket, but the extra time spent getting the juice out at a slow speed is worth the extra effort. You will appreciate the fresh and delicious juices it makes.
